In addition to his sexy welsh accent and his ULTRA SEXY body, this actor is also extremely dedicated to his 3-year old daughter! How Precious!

He's also ridiculously intelligent; he recently received an English degree from UCLA. His striking smile, his curly locks, beautiful body, his captivating eyes, and his amazing sense of humor add to his overflowing talent.
